AST classes are interesting, practical, and fun. They are fast-paced and very interactive. Liberal doses of humor helps to keep things light while making important points. You’ll be answering lots of questions and have the chance to share your experiences and ideas with others in the class.

Jim, a professional instructor with many years experience in adult training, will keep you interested and engaged. You will not be bored!

Our multimedia presentation helps you focus in ways that will help you remember critical skills, like checking ID and stopping or slowing service.

Most people are pleasantly surprised when the time goes by so quickly. People enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and the availability of coffee, bottled water, soda and snacks throughout the class.

This is not like your old “school” experience. AST is training for adults. Our goal is to make your class useful. We make the commitment to everyone who attends our classes to help you develop skills that will make your job easier, less stressful, more fun, and improve your ability to increase your tip income, and get more raises and faster promotions.

We offer the convenience of English classes seven days a week, including one evening class each week, so you can always find a day and time that fits your schedule. 

Matilde Flores is a professional and experienced instructor. She teaches our classes in Spanish every other Friday, and also offers private classes (at your store). Matilde always gets great comments after her classes.
